KEVIN'S STORY
Kevin left school and went straight into engineering, starting his apprenticeship at 16 working on trucks, diggers and tractors.
He passed his five-year apprenticeship with full merit, then spent years developing his skills across welding, tool hire and Land Rover repairs, eventually becoming a workshop manager.
For 16 years, Kevin worked for Surrey Power Machines (then Richmonds Groundcare), building a reputation for meticulous repairs and honest service. When the previous owner sadly passed away in 2025, Kevin and Beau (his son) decided to continue the business as a proper family operation.

BEAU'S JOURNEY
Beau Green left school and came straight to work at Surrey Power Machines, where he completed a four-year in-house apprenticeship under Kevin's guidance.
He's now fully conversant in all types of machinery and brings the same attention to detail and customer focus that the business has always been known for.
