A FAMILY BUSINESS BUILT ON EXPERTISE AND CUSTOMER CARE

Surrey Power Machinery is run by Kevin Griffiths and his son Beau - a father and son team who took over the 40 year old business in 2025, continuing a legacy of quality garden machinery repairs in the local area.

KEVIN'S STORY

Kevin left school and went straight into engineering, starting his apprenticeship at 16 working on trucks, diggers and tractors.

He passed his five-year apprenticeship with full merit, then spent years developing his skills across welding, tool hire and Land Rover repairs, eventually becoming a workshop manager.

For 16 years, Kevin worked for Surrey Power Machines (then Richmonds Groundcare), building a reputation for meticulous repairs and honest service. When the previous owner sadly passed away in 2025, Kevin and Beau (his son) decided to continue the business as a proper family operation.
